Nothing will ruin a perfectly good day faster than a flat tire. We don’t care what time of day it happens, where it happens or who you are with when it happens, getting a flat tire deflates whatever good mood you are in.

And while our deflation pun was indeed rather funny, it will not make you smile right after suffering a flat tire. Heck, no amount of funny jokes can make you crack a smile when you are sitting on the side of the road fuming about that flat tire.

There are very few flat tire solutions that can make the day a little better; three to be more specific. If you happen to get a flat tire right in front of a tire shop, that can be a small bright spot in an otherwise dark situation. If you call AAA and they just happen to have someone 2 minutes from your current location, that can be very reassuring. And if you get a flat tire and you just happen to have a 12v air compressor from Air Armor complete with a tire repair kit.

That’s right, our M240 air compressor comes with a tubeless tire repair kit. Which means wherever you are when you suffer that flat tire, you can be back on the road again in just a matter of minutes.

However, while our portable air compressor will make your day better after suffering a flat tire, there are many more common things that can ruin your day. Here are a few things that will definitely ruin your day and an air compressor won’t help.

Wearing the Wrong Outfit

There are few things that are worse than realizing far too late that you are totally not dressed right for the occasion. In fact, you look like your grandmother dressed you just after cataract surgery.

The failure comes in wearing clothing that does not at all fit you, needs desperately to be ironed or the colors are so mismatched that anything Elton John has ever worn looks conservative in comparison.

All you wanted to do was dress nicely and look like a normal member of society. Instead, you look like you could be an extra in a Tim Burton movie.

Forgot Deodorant

The second it hits you, it is likely hitting everybody near you at the very same moment. It will dawn on your that you totally spaced out to put deodorant on when a wave of pungent stench wafts into your face and causes your eyes to water.

You glance around to find the guilty party only to come to the sickening realization that you put your shirt on and ignored the Right Guard in the medicine cabinet. That’s right, you are not wearing a lick of deodorant on what is sure to be one of the hottest days of the year.

Missing Your Burrito

You love Chipotle burritos, your wife claims you love them even more than you love her. This isn't true, of course, you love your wife just as much as you love Chipotle burritos.

The love you have for Chipotle burritos is so deep that you get one at every chance you can. Of course, your wife and kids aren’t huge fans of Chipotle in general and would prefer going to Panera Bread or Applebee’s instead. So it is a rare occasion when you can convince them to eat at Chipotle.

You set the date. Thursday night after your daughter’s soccer practice, you pick up Junior and take him to his piano recital. You stay and watch the recital, try desperately not to look bored and give him looks of encouragement. After the recital, the plan is to gather everybody up, get them into the truck and head over to Chipotle.

The recital ran a little longer than expected, it took awhile to load everything in the truck and traffic was pretty heavy. As you are mentally preparing yourself for a burrito stuffed with chicken, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, tomatillo, Monterey jack cheese and queso, you pull up to Chipotle just as they are putting the chairs up on the tables. It closed five minutes ago, day ruined.

At least if you get a flat tire heading over to the 24-hour McDonald's, you have a portable air compressor with a repair kit that will have you back on the road in no time. If you don't have a portable air compressor, you will want to buy one.
